As well as print and capture elements, we will also look to understand some of your business processes and workflows and how they can be automated and streamlined.
Once we have understood how you are currently doing things and any issues with that, we can look to design a bespoke solution to best meet your requirements, utilising best of breed combinations of hardware, software and services to add genuine value. This will be a collaborative process, with plenty of scope for User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder approval, at every stage.
Implementing, the solution involves deploying the hardware and software and completing the entire rollout, on time and on budget, working to pre-agreed timescales, always careful to work within your constraints, whether they be IT resource related or user associated. Working to tried and tested PRINCE2 methodology, our project management will ensure that the implementation meets our clients’ expectations, at the very least.
The initial engagement with all our clients is just the start, and part of our commitment to you is that we will look to continually optimise the solutions we have provided. After all, what is the perfect fit for your environment today, will not necessarily still be fit for purpose in two, three or four years’ time.
